The Envious Run

The Envious Run is one day in the Seven Deadly Sins series held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye. Entrants choose a target distance and must complete it within a seven hour time limit. The course is off road, contained within the manor grounds, and includes a short hill plus a series of up and downs through two vineyards. Each lap measures 2.5k.

The event accepts walkers and runners of any age, with under 18s required to be accompanied by an adult. Race finishers receive themed medals; virtual participants receive the same medal type once their run is verified. There is a virtual entry option that allows running any day during the month of January with a minimum distance of 5k. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib and must provide proof of their run for medal dispatch; overseas posting carries an additional postage cost.

On event days basic facilities are provided, including free parking, free tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets. Entry fees are non refundable and a charity entry option is available at a reduced fee subject to fundraising conditions.
