The Darklink / Lightlink is a 10k headtorch run organised by Sussex Trail Events on 29 December 2025. The event starts and finishes at the Toll Bridge in Shoreham. Headtorches are mandatory. A medal is awarded to participants.

Course and logistics

The route is described as a flat out-and-back along the Downslink, going north from Shoreham over the South Downs Way bridge towards Bramber and returning to the start. There is an aid station at the halfway point. The event is fully marshalled and a 4x4 pick-up is available on site. Chip timing is provided by Timing Monkey. An ARC permit has been applied for.
