The Chevin Chase is a hilly, multi-terrain race starting and finishing in Guiseley. The course is a circuit of Otley Chevin of about 7 miles. The event takes place on Boxing Day, 26th December 2025. The race has a long history and is in its 46th year. Proceeds support mostly local charities, community organisations and other local good causes.

Entries, format and rules

The event is limited to 2,000 entries and will start in four waves. Online entries open on 21st September 2025 and entries close on 23rd November 2025. The entry fee listed is £25. All finishers receive chip timing and a choice of a technical shirt or the planting of a tree. The organisers state they do not provide refunds, deferrals, or a waiting list; entries may be transferred to another runner using the edit-details service before 23rd November 2025. Entrants are required to accept the UK Athletics Anti-Doping Rules as specified for the period from 26/12/2024 for 12 months.
