Distances
The event offers four race options:

- 10K (1 lap)
The course uses the Tour de Wolf Trail, primarily following its permanent trail markers. The 50-mile event has a 12-hour time limit, the 50K has a 10-hour limit, and the relay has an 8-hour limit.
Aid Stations and Logistics
Three aid stations are located on the course. They provide water, Hammer Nutrition Heed Electrolyte Drink, GU and Hammer gels, and various snacks like fruit, sandwiches, and granola bars.
Relay teams consist of up to five members, with the exchange located near the start/finish line. Teams with fewer than five runners must have members run multiple laps. Packet pickup for the entire relay team is done by one member.
