The Bootleg Boogie is a trail running event held in Bootleg Canyon, Boulder City, NV, centered at 1000 Yucca St. Distances offered include:

• 100 miles
• 50 miles
• Half Marathon

The event uses a 12.5-mile loop with approximately 1,875 feet of climbing and descent per lap. Elevation totals are listed per distance: about 15,000 feet for 100 miles (eight loops), about 7,500 feet for 50 miles (four loops), and about 1,875 feet for the half marathon. The loop format provides frequent access to aid, crew, and spectators at the centralized start/finish area.

Aid stations are located at the start/finish (HQ), Caldera, and Veterans on each loop. Stations offer consistent food and hydration options including sandwiches, fruit, snacks, chips, cookies, candies, water, electrolyte drink mix and tablets. Hot food is available after sundown and drop bags are permitted at Caldera and HQ. NSAIDs will not be provided.

Pacers are allowed after mile 37.5 in the 50 and 100 mile races. Crews are allowed at HQ only, where parking and camping at the base camp are available on a first come basis at no cost. Camping and cooking are permitted in designated areas.

The 100 mile distance features a guaranteed base purse of $5,000 with a stated mechanism to increase the pool as more 100 mile entrants register. Prize money will be awarded to top overall male and female finishers. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable; refunds and deferrals are not offered under normal circumstances.
