The Angry Run

The Angry Run is one day of the 7 Deadly Sins race series, scheduled for Thursday 14 January 2027 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words physical.shelf.growth). Entrants are given a fixed time limit to complete their chosen distance.

Each lap measures 2.5 km and the route is offroad within the Pengethley Manor grounds. The course includes a hill on each lap and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. Participants have seven hours to complete their chosen distance. The event is described as suitable for walkers and runners.

On-site facilities listed for race day include free parking, hot drinks, food options such as sandwiches and soup, and toilets. Race medals are themed for each day of the series; race medals are awarded at the finishing line and virtual medals are the same type and posted after run verification. Virtual entries can be completed any day in January with a minimum distance of 5k; entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email and must submit proof of the run for medal posting, with additional postage charges for overseas delivery.
