The Angry Run : Overview

The Angry Run takes place on 15 January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.shelf.growth). Entrants choose a target distance and must complete it within a 7-hour time limit. The event is suitable for walkers and runners. Each lap of the course is 2.5 km.

Course and on-site facilities

The course is offroad and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. The route includes a hill repeated on each lap and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. On the day there is free parking, tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets. Race bibs are collected at registration on the day.

Entry, medals and virtual option

Entry fees listed by the organiser are: Race Entry £29.00; Virtual UK Entry £25.00; Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. The race medal and the virtual medal are the same type. Race medals are awarded at the finish line to those who complete their chosen distance. Virtual entries may be completed any day in January with a minimum distance of 5k; virtual runs must be verified (photo of a device, Strava preferred, or similar) before medals are posted.
