The Angry Run

The Angry Run is one day in the 7 Deadly Sins series held in January 2027 at Pengethley Manor, Ross on Wye. Entrants choose a target distance and must complete that distance within a 7 hour time limit. Each lap of the course is 2.5k; the 5k option is two laps.

The course is offroad and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. The route includes a repeated hill on each lap and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. The event is open to walkers and runners. Entrants must be aged 18 and over.

Options on the day and on-site facilities include free parking, hot drinks, sandwiches and soup, and toilets. Race bibs are collected at registration; virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email. Virtual runs can be completed on any day during January with a minimum distance of 5k. Virtual runs require verification before a medal is posted; international postage costs may apply.

Entry fees are non refundable. Published entry prices include a race entry fee and separate fees for virtual entries for UK and overseas.
