The 7 Deadly Sins 7in7 is a seven-day running challenge held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). The 2026 event runs from Monday 12 January to Sunday 18 January. Each day offers a choice of distance and a seven-hour time limit to complete the chosen distance. The route is offroad within the manor grounds and includes a hill plus a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. Each lap is 2.5 km.

Each race day has a unique name and a unique medal. Medals are 80 mm wide and are awarded to finishers on the day. A virtual option is available during January; virtual entries receive a personalised virtual bib and a medal posted after the run is verified. Virtual runs must be at least 5k.

The event provides free parking, free tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets. Entry fees are non-refundable. Join the 12 Drummers Drumming Run on 18 December 2025 at Pengethley Manor, Ross on Wye for off road laps through vineyards with a cheeky hill each circuit. Pick a distance from 5k to ultra and enjoy a friendly walkers and runners vibe.

Celebrate early with The Early Christmas Present, a timed loop along the peaceful Stroud Waterways canal where you can run from 5k up to ultra on flat towpath. Limited places, bespoke finisher memento and virtual entry available.

Take on the 7 Sins and Immortal trail runs at Wenchford Picnic Site, a hilly, muddy winter course where 7 or 14 miles test your legs and grit. Canicross waves welcome, so come prepared for wet, icy and steep trails.
