The 7 Deadly Sins 7in7

The 7 Deadly Sins 7in7 is a seven day running challenge held from Monday 11 January to Sunday 17 January 2027 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words physical.growth.shelf). The event is staged over seven consecutive days; each day has a seven hour time limit to complete the chosen distance.

Participants choose one distance each day from the following options:

• 5k (two laps)
• 10k
• Half Marathon
• Marathon
• Ultra

Each lap is 2.5k and the course is offroad within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. The route includes a hill on every lap and a series of up and downs through two vineyards. Each day has a unique name and a unique medal; completing all seven days yields seven different medals. Medals are 80mm wide and virtual medals are the same as race medals.

A virtual option is available during January. Virtual entrants must complete a minimum of 5k, receive a personalised virtual bib, and submit verification of their run by photo of a device, Strava, or similar method; medals are posted after verification and international posting may incur extra cost.
