Event format

The 7 Deadly Sins 7in7 is a seven-day running challenge held from Monday 12 January to Sunday 18 January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). The event runs over seven consecutive days. Each day gives participants a seven-hour time limit to complete their chosen distance. Each lap measures 2.5 km on an offroad course within the manor grounds. The course includes a hill on each lap and a series of up and downs through two vineyards. Each day has a unique name and a unique medal; medals are 80 mm wide.

Logistics and entry

The event is suitable for walkers and runners. Entrants must be aged 18 and over. The organiser provides free parking, free tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets on the site. Entry fees are non-refundable. Options listed include a full seven-day race entry at £195.00, a UK virtual seven-day entry at £155.00, and an international virtual seven-day entry at £185.00. A charity entry option with different terms is available.
