The 10th Colworth Hare and Tortoise Run is a thrilling 26.3-mile, 5-lap trail run event set to take place on Sunday, 26th November 2023. The race will be held around the scenic Colworth Estate in North Bedfordshire, featuring a mix of gently undulating trails, unclassified roads, and woodland paths with uneven surfaces. The event is open for both individual runners and teams, with some narrow path sections limiting the number of entries.
The race will commence at 9.00am from the Colworth House Sports and Social Club in Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire, and participants are expected to finish by 16.00. Facilities available include toilets, car parking, and checkpoints every lap offering water, flat Coke, and individually wrapped snacks. Please note that this is a cup-free event, so participants are encouraged to bring their own bottle/mug/bladder.
