Event details
The volunteer-run Grantchester Charity Runs include a 10k and a 3k race. The event supports Maggie’s Centre Cambridge and ACT, the Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust. Both courses run through farmland adjacent to Grantchester, just outside Cambridge. The routes have mixed terrain and are predominantly flat, with no road crossings. Chip timing is used for all participants. The event is based on Mill Way, Grantchester, on the Trumpington side of the village near the Orchard Tea Garden. The 10k includes a team competition.
