Tap Root Fields Strawberry Family Fun Run/Walk

The Tap Root Fields Strawberry Family Fun Run/Walk takes place on June 20, 2026 at Tap Root Fields in Skaneateles, NY. The event is self timed and open to all ages. Participants may walk, jog, or run at their own pace while moving through open fields and newly established trails on the farm.

Three mapped trails are available for exploration:

3 Mile Loop - wood chips, open fields, hills; not stroller or wheelchair friendly
1 Mile Loop - wood chips, open fields, inclines; rugged stroller may work
0.5 Mile Loop - wood chipped trail, open field, mainly flat; rugged stroller may work

While not on the trails, people can use picnic tables or bring a blanket. The site includes a bounce house and space for casual games such as frisbee or football. Strawberry season offerings include strawberry infused refreshments and fresh berries.
