  • 12-hour solo and relay
  • 6-hour solo and relay

Courses, services and features

Two certified course options are offered: Loop A (400 m track) and Loop B (1.69 km road/track mix). Both loops are described as flat, fast, and low elevation; Loop A is capped at 70 athletes. Direction changes occur at regular intervals during multi-hour events (every 4 hours for 12- and 24-hour athletes; every 3 hours for 6-hour athletes). A fully stocked aid station operates for the full 24 hours with hot and cold food and beverages. The event is livestreamed on YouTube.

Community, inclusion and athlete provisions

The event states inclusive registration policies with multiple gender categories and accepts declared gender without documentation. Each registered athlete (except Friday kids) receives a Lululemon race shirt; 24-hour athletes also receive a zippered hoodie. Opting out of the shirt donates $50 to the local sexual assault centre.
