The 5K Foam Fest Edmonton/Leduc 2026
This event is a 5 km obstacle run scheduled for June 20, 2026 at William F. Lede Park in Leduc, near Edmonton. The event features more than 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable waterslide, multiple slip n slides, mud pits at some venues, and a dedicated foam zone. Organizers state they use 2.5 million cubic feet of foam.
The event is presented with a family festival format that includes a free Kids Fun Zone, a live DJ, food vendors and a licensed beer garden. Spectator entry is free. Participant inclusions listed by the organiser are a string bag, a 5K Foam Buff, a finishers medal, a festival wristband, a temporary tattoo and a free low resolution finish photo. Onsite services include water stations, a rinse station, shaded areas and a gear check available for a suggested donation.
