Mega Bounce Run Edmonton

Mega Bounce Run Edmonton is an inflatable obstacle course event located in Edmonton, Alberta. The event features a course integrated with large pneumatic structures across a set distance:

  • 5 km

The route consists of ten different inflatable obstacles that participants can navigate by running, walking, or skipping. The course includes nine of the largest inflatables in Canada, such as slides and bounce areas. This event is conducted without mud and is open to individuals of various fitness levels without qualification requirements.

Participants are released from the starting line in heats of approximately 150 people. Runners are required to arrive at the registration tent at least 45 minutes before their assigned wave time to collect a mandatory wristband. The event site includes a bag check tent, various vendors, and music provided by a DJ.

Safety volunteers supervise and assist at each of the ten inflatable stations. Participants are permitted to repeat specific obstacles as long as they do not interfere with subsequent heats. Upon crossing the finish line, participants receive commemorative swag items. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
