Surf Coast Century

The Surf Coast Century is an ultra-running event held in Anglesea on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria. A race date is listed for Saturday 12 September 2026. The route runs on trails that pass below sea cliffs, along remote beaches and through wildflower hinterland and forested sections. There are multiple support checkpoints along the course that provide food and other nourishment, and the event includes post-race celebrations and an event expo with a recovery area.

Run at Portsea Quarantine Station along coastal roads with 9.5K, 5.5K and kids races overlooking Port Phillip Bay and the Southern Ocean. Celebrate after with food trucks, live music and a family friendly event village.

Join Bay to Surf 2026 on 16 January for a scenic Portsea challenge with 9 km and 4.5 km run options and a 4.5 km walk along roads, trails and beach between Point Nepean and Portsea Surf Club. Entry and buses at Jarman Oval simplify race day..

Run along the Barwon River at River Run Geelong, with a scenic 10km and a friendly 5km run or walk, finisher medals and charity support for River's Gift. Fields are limited to 1500 so register early.

Run Forrest in the Otways is a scenic trail event along the Barwon River and Red Carpet trail, with 21 km, 10 km, 6 km and kids 6 km options. Expect technical single track, lake views and a lively riverbank race village finish.
