Wonderfalls Trail Run : Trailsplus Mountain Trail Series Race 4
The Wonderfalls Trail Run takes place on Saturday 15 August 2026 at Cumberland River Holiday Park, Cumberland River, Victoria, on the Great Ocean Road near Lorne. It is race 3 in the Trailsplus Mountain Series and offers multiple trail distances.

Courses run on single-track mountain trails behind the seaside town of Lorne and for the longer distances visit up to six waterfalls. All distances begin with three river crossings within the first 2 km, with depths ranging from ankle to knee depending on recent rainfall. Most courses were changed for 2025 except the 6 km; runners are asked to download and study course maps and GPS files for each distance.
Event logistics note that bibs are collected on race morning and that registration uses Humanitix with booking fees added at checkout. Entry fees vary by registration period, with on-site entry subject to an additional administration fee. Trailsplus donates to Canteen, the Australian organisation for young people living with cancer; in 2025 the event had 279 competitors and contributed donations totaling $350 that year.
