Striders Trail 5 takes place on 1 November 2026 at Sankey Visitors Centre, Blackbrook Road, St Helens WA11 0AB, United Kingdom. The event is organised by St Helens Striders and uses local paths and trails commonly run by the club.

Places are limited to 250. Entries open on 1 December 2025 and close on 29 October 2026. The minimum age for participation is 15 years. At the time of posting there are 79 entries. Entry fees are listed as £18.50 for UKA affiliated runners and £20.00 for unaffiliated runners. Entry requires an account with the SiEntries system.

There is very limited parking at the venue. Organisers advise car sharing where possible and suggest that local participants consider walking or cycling to the start.
