Stone Steps 50K and 27K Trail Run takes place on October 26, 2025, in Mt. Airy Forest, Cincinnati, Ohio (5083 Colerain Ave.). The event has been held for more than 20 years. Net proceeds support the Cincinnati parks. Pre-registered entrants receive a custom tech race shirt; chip timing is provided on the bib using disposable MyLaps tags.

Course and race format
The races use single-track, looped courses through Mt. Airy Forest. Trails are described as hilly and technical, with roots, rocks, occasional tree blow downs, and possible mud. Start and finish are at The Oval (area 13). Aid stations are located every 3-5 miles; one aid station is placed at the end of each loop for the 50K.
- 50K: One 5+ mile loop four times; one 3+ mile loop three times.
- 27K: One 5+ mile loop two times; one 3+ mile loop two times.
