Squatchywaska Mountainfest : Ellenville, NY (April 24, 2027)
Squatchywaska Mountainfest is a trail running event held at Berme Road Park in Ellenville, New York. The event offers two mountain courses that combine crushed gravel carriage roads and highly technical singletrack with rock slabs, roots, steep climbs and cliffside sections. The route traverses the Shawangunk Ridge and passes views of the Catskills and Verkeerder Kill Falls.

- 10 Miler
Course details include approximately 2,500 ft of elevation gain for the 25K and about 1,800 ft for the 10 Miler. Both events have a six hour cutoff; the 25K requires roughly a 21 minute per mile pace and the 10 Miler roughly a 36 minute per mile pace. The 25K includes two on-course cutoffs.
Two on-course aid stations are provided (Smiley and Maratanza) with water, Skratch, and snacks; a fully stocked first aid kit and an AED are available at Squatch HQ. Crew access is allowed only at the start/finish area; on-course aid stations are not crew-accessible. Portable toilets including an ADA unit and private changing tents are available at Squatch HQ. Dogs are not allowed at Berme Road Park.
Required items include a charged cell phone, hydration, at least 200 extra calories, a whistle, and a GPX file of the course on a device. The event supports Run Wild, Inc. and is capped at 150 participants; a lottery runs December 1–31 with names drawn January 1 and remaining registrants placed on a waitlist.
