Course and race day details

The course runs on trails through the estate, across pasture fields, farm tracks and woodland. The 5 km route is a single lap; the 10 km uses an altered second lap for variety. The route includes a stream crossing where participants may use a bridge or cross the water. Course surfaces may be muddy and uneven in places; trail shoes are recommended. The course will be marked with orange barrier tape, pin flags and coloured arrow signs. Critical turns and road crossings will be manned by marshals, but participants are advised to know and follow the route.

Facilities and safety

Parking is provided on a field within the estate; this field may be muddy and is sometimes used for livestock. There will be one water station on the 10 km course at the start of the second lap and water available to 5 km runners at the finish. Toilets will be available at Race HQ. There is no mandatory kit requirement for this event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
