Entrant limit is 200. Age restrictions: 5km events require entrants to be 13 or older; the 10km requires entrants to be 16 or older. Entry fees include a £1 donation to the National Park. Typical fees listed are £17 (affiliated) / £19 (unaffiliated) for 5km options and £22 / £24 for the 10km. An optional coaster-medal is available for £3.50.

Course and race facilities

The course runs on trails through pasture fields, farm tracks and woodland. The 5km is a single lap; the 10km uses the 5km lap with an altered second lap. The route may be muddy and includes a stream crossing with a bridge option. Trail shoes are recommended. The course will be marked with orange barrier tape, pin flags and coloured arrow signs; marshals will staff critical turns and road crossings.

There will be one water station on the 10km at the start of the second lap; water is available for 5km finishers. Parking is on an estate field which may be muddy. Toilets will be available at Race HQ. Finishers receive a hot dog, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options if ordered on entry.
