Sprint for Survivors
The Sprint for Survivors is an annual running event held in Marysville, Ohio. The 2026 edition marks the eighth year of this event, which focuses on raising awareness for human trafficking and domestic violence. The race venue is located at 501 N Maple St, and participants can choose from three different distances:
- 1 Mile
- 5k (3.1 Miles)
- 10k (6.2 Miles)
All proceeds and donations from the event benefit She Dreams Again, a faith-based 501(c)(3) organization established in early 2019. This program supports trauma survivors of human trafficking in the Union County area. The organization provides safe housing and programs focused on spiritual restoration and life skills training to help survivors achieve independence and self-sufficiency.
Specifically, the funds raised through registration fees and donations contribute to the daily operations of the organization's Transitional Home. On the morning of the event, participants have access to a food truck on-site. The event also includes the distribution of prizes. Registration for the races is open to the public through the day of the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
