Fearless 5K : Event information

The 14th annual Fearless 5K is organized by RUNNING4LIFE at Goshen Memorial Park in Mechanicsburg, Ohio. The event includes a cross-country 5K, a 1 mile run/walk on a flat cinder track, and a kids fun run of approximately 1/4 mile on a flat cinder track. DJ, a bounce house, and food vendors will be present.

Registration opens on 2026-06-02 and closes on 2026-07-31. Registration fees listed by the organizer are $30.00 for the 5K, $25.00 for the 1 mile run/walk, and $20.00 for the kids fun run.

The event raises funds for youth 20 years of age and under who suffer from a serious or life threatening disease, injury, or illness. RUNNING4LIFE reports having assisted 33 youth and their families with needs such as gas cards, meal cards, groceries, rent, propane, electric, school supplies, vehicles, and prayers and support.

Awards for the 5K are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three finishers by gender in the following age groups: 15U, 16-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60, and 61 & Over.

Trail runs at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park offering 5k and 10k distances and supporting FLIP's cancer prevention work. The 5k is relatively flat and family friendly while the 10k finishes with a stair climb noted by local runners.

At John Bryan State Park Arboretum runners complete a 1.1 mile loop to reach distances from a 1.1 mile fun run up to a half marathon. Water stations and park restroom facilities are available along the looped course.

A 10 km trail race at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park through prairies, fields and riparian forest. ORRRC members run free while non-members pay a modest fee; check-in with a timing chip is required and service dogs only are permitted.

Sprint For Survivors is the 8th annual run in Marysville on September 12, 2026. Distances include a 1 Mile, a 5k and a 10k and proceeds support She Dreams Again and its transitional home for trauma survivors.
