Spark the FREEdom 5K and 3K Run/Walk

Spark the FREEdom is a free July 4th run and walk at Lakewood Nature Preserve in Greenville, South Carolina. The event offers two distance options:

5K run/walk
3K run/walk

Registration opens May 1 and closes on the day of the event; there is no registration fee. The gathering is organized by the Upstate Running Club and is presented as a community-focused evening with a post-run social and potluck dinner where participants may bring side dishes, desserts, snacks, drinks, chairs, and picnic blankets.
