Run The Green Wave 5k
Run The Green Wave takes place on August 8, 2026 at Easley High School in Easley, South Carolina. The main event is a 5K held on the Easley cross country course. The course is mostly grass with a few pavement crossings and finishes on the track.
The event program includes a kids mile intended for children in sixth grade and below. All participants in the kids mile receive a finishers medal. The 5K features age group awards covering categories from youth through 75 and older. Teams may participate and the event is open to the community; it is not a sanctioned high school meet.
Registration fees listed by the organizer are $25 for the 5K and $10 for the kids mile. Entrants who register before July 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM are guaranteed a t-shirt. Online registration is available until the day of the event on August 8, 2026. Race packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday, August 7, 2026 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Easley High School main office outside. Race day registration is available the morning of the event.
