GTC Paris Mountain Trails 7k

Run the Prisoner of War Trail Race at Croft State Park and tackle scenic figure eight loops with 50K, 25K or 8 Mile distances. Proceeds support the Upstate Running Club Youth Team and finishers take home a medal and gear pack.

Join the Backyard Ultra Tailgate in Greenville for hourly 5K loops on the Swamp Rabbit Trail where you can run as many laps as you like. Enjoy vendors, games and a big screen while supporting OVC Kenya as laps earn raffle tickets.

Run through woods from dusk to dawn at Long Night in Lanford, an overnight 1 mile loop event plus a spooky 5K Afraid of the Dark. Enjoy headlamp miles, on site camping, sunrise finish and proceeds to the Laurens County Humane Society.

Join Upstate Run Club for a free 5k group run on the Swamp Rabbit Trail followed by food and drinks at Double Stamp Brewery in Greenville. All paces welcome; the club provides the main course so bring a side or dessert to share.

Take on One Epic Run, a 24 hour event at Croft State Park in Spartanburg on Dec 6 to 7, 2025. Self timed laps, a cup and rock lap tradition and a shared potluck vibe make this a fun, community endurance challenge.
