Sleigh Me Ultras

Sleigh Me Ultras is a multi-day timed running event held at Shortsville Reindeer Farm in Shortsville, NY. The course is a one mile loop on grass and trail with very little elevation; runners will encounter some roots but no major climbs. Participants choose how many miles to accumulate within their selected timed event.

Event options:

  • 48 Hour Ultra
  • 24 Hour Ultra
  • 12 Hour
  • 6 Hour

A fully stocked aid station is located in the barn and provides snacks, hot drinks, electrolyte drinks and other fuel. Personal aid stations are allowed along the course. Lunch pizzas are served on Saturday and a pasta or taco bar is available on Sunday. Loops are marked by hand and organizers record start and finish times on a public board; professional timing is not used. Results are provided in spreadsheet format for verification.

There is barn shelter available if weather requires it. Cars may be parked along the course within view and electricity is available for charging. There is no shower; potable water is available from a hose. Dogs are not permitted. Participants who complete 100 loops or more receive a belt buckle. Proceeds from the event benefit ROCovery Fitness. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
