Ontario Summit Trail Races take place at Ontario County Park at Gannett Hill in Naples, NY. The event offers two course options presented as a long course and a short course, listed as 1/2 Marathon and 5 mile.

Race headquarters is at Wilson Lodge. Parking next to the lodge is reserved for staff and volunteers. Event parking is organized in pavilions accessed via the park loop road, which is one way and counter clockwise. Organizers will direct traffic and ask participants not to park on the race course, the main park road, or in small lots reserved for other park visitors.

Course details are to be determined. Friday activities include tent or vehicle camping near the lodges and use of nearby campsites or cabins through Ontario County Parks. There will be informal evening social events and shared cooking facilities by the lodges. Saturday morning includes a light breakfast offering fruit, oatmeal, coffee, tea, and baked goods.

Post race offerings include hand made burritos from R's Market, beer from Peacemaker Brewing, fruit and snacks, and athlete support from In Motion Physical Therapy FLX. Giveaways include a long sleeve shirt and a pint glass. Awards are planned for overall female and male finishers on each course plus random participant selections.

Event policies note a single price with no increases, relaxed deadlines, and no fees for participant transfers, distance switching, deferrals, or refunds. Distance switching is allowed up to race day check in. Deferrals and refund windows are defined in event materials. Unsporty actions such as abusive behavior, littering, receiving aid outside designated areas, and course cutting may lead to disqualification.
