Mill to Mill 5K/10K (Keuka Outlet Trail)

Organized by Willow Running USA and the Friends of the Keuka Outlet Trail, the Mill to Mill 5K/10K takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026 in Penn Yan, New York. The event uses the Keuka Outlet Trail with start and finish at Cascade Falls near the intersection of Ridge and Outlet Roads.

Distances include:

  • Mill to Mill 10K (6.2 Miles)
  • Mill to Mill 5K (3.1 Miles)

Both routes pass the scenic Seneca Mills Falls. The 10K continues to the previous site of Fox Mills before turning back to Cascade Falls, where the finish and post race activities are located.

Registration opens in late December 2025 and closes January 31, 2026. Fees are $47.50 for the 10K and $37.50 for the 5K. All registered participants receive a custom short sleeve shirt and a finisher medal. Packet pickup is held on race morning at the race site in Cascade Falls. Race day registration is allowed. Trail runs in Naples NY with a rugged 25K single loop around the Cumming Nature Center and Honeoye Inlet Wildlife Management Area and a more runnable 10K. Proceeds support environmental education at the RMSC Cumming Nature Center.

A farm-based ultrarun on 06/06/2026 at Fish's Farm Market in Shortsville, NY where participants run or walk as many 1.52-mile loops as they wish. Timing, aid station, medals, prizes and raffles; proceeds benefit Colony Caregivers.

A chip timed 5K through Sheldrake Point Winery with vineyard trails and Cayuga Lake views, a tech shirt and stemless wine glass for participants, age based awards, and a complimentary glass of wine for finishers 21 and over.

Trail ultramarathon in the Finger Lakes National Forest offering 25K, 50K and 50 mile options on a 16.5 mile loop. The course features singletrack, grassy pastures with cows, dirt roads, about 1,300 feet of climb per loop and six aid statio..
