Trail Running in Silver Springs State Park

The AdventHealth Silver Springs Half Marathon, 10K & 5K takes place within the grounds of Silver Springs State Park in Florida. Participants travel across a trail network characterized by views of sandhills and ancient forest wilderness. The park surroundings include serene gardens and historic structures, with the Silver River running through the area.

Participants in the live events use their race bib as an entry ticket to Silver Springs State Park. The park also hosts Springsfest, an annual event focused on the restoration of Florida waterways.

All registered runners receive a custom short-sleeve technical shirt and a finisher's medal. Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as masters winners. Age group awards are also provided for the top three finishers in five-year increments, starting from ages 10-14. Experience the heart of Florida on a 100 or 50 mile journey through the historic Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway. This endurance run features scenic pine forests, diverse wildlife habitats, and a supportive trail community.

An eight hour timed event on August 15, 2026 at Ross Prairie Trailhead in Dunnellon, FL. Runners complete 6.5 mile loops across sandy berms and varied forest roads; on-site bathhouse, self-crew space, and nearby campground are available.

A no frills 50K point to point trail race on the Florida National Scenic Trail west corridor between Lake Kerr Road and Baseline Road Trailhead in Ocala. GPX download is required and runners must carry a phone.

This Halloween trail race offers a spooky evening on the Florida Greenway. Choose from 5k, 10k, or a combined challenge in either run or ruck divisions. Costumes are encouraged, and all finishers get a medal.
