8-Hours of Berm is an eight hour timed ruck event held at the Ross Prairie Trailhead in Dunnellon, Florida. The event uses the Berm Loop section of the Skunk Ape 100 Mile Endurance Run course and runs through longleaf pine forests, oak hammocks and dry prairies on conservation land acquired in 1995 through the Conservation and Recreation Lands program.

The event format is a timed 8 hour event on a loop course. Loop distance is 6.5 miles with total elevation gain listed as +135 feet. The terrain includes sand, forest roads and exposed trail sections with limited tree canopy along the berms.

A rucking division requires participants to carry a pack at all times. Minimum dry pack weights are specified as 20 lb for women, 20 lb for men under 150 lb, and 30 lb for men 150 lb and over. Packs must be worn on the back, verified at check-in, and may not be dropped or shared. No outside assistance for weight is permitted.

The venue supports self crew setups with space for 10 by 10 tents and has a bathhouse on site. Ross Prairie Campground offers 14 sites with 30 and 50 amp electrical pedestals, potable water, a dump station and picnic pavilions. Combat Racing Events is the listed organizer.
