The Sewanee Slammer is a 20-mile trail race held on the Perimeter Trail around the University of the South on the Cumberland Plateau. The course is a single loop that passes overlooks, geologic features, lakes and ponds, and upland deciduous forest. The start and finish are located at the Mountain Goat Visitor Center in Sewanee Village, with parking available at the Visitor Center and nearby grassy areas.

Aid is provided at three stations located at miles 5.3, 10.5, and 14.06. Ten percent of race proceeds are designated for the Perimeter Trail Fund. Event partners include HOKA, Feetures, and Huma; swag will be awarded to winners. A post-race gathering will take place at Shenanigans - Sewanee, where food and beverages will be available and part of the Bama versus UT game will be shown.

Packet pickup is scheduled in two sessions: an early pickup on Friday, October 16 at Shenanigans and a race day pickup at the start/finish location. Registration pricing is tiered: $85 through September 30 and $95 thereafter; registration closes October 15 at 11:59 PM CT. Race shirts are guaranteed for entrants who register by September 27. Vol State is a self supported ultrarun beginning with a ferry crossing and finishing atop Sand Mountain, GA, covering 314 miles. It includes a bus and hotel registration option and requires twice daily location check ins.

Experience a unique multi day ultramarathon where your age determines your clock. Run as many miles as possible on a one mile loop in a community focused event that celebrates veteran athletes and long distance legends.

Trail marathon, half marathon, and a 13-mile ruck at Foster Falls State Park featuring waterfalls, ridge-line views, and technical descents, with spaced aid stations and an on-course rucking division.

Trail runs at Camp Chet in Whitwell, TN featuring a 6.5 mile loop with about 1,500 feet gain per loop. Options include a half-marathon and six and twelve hour endurance races across forest, bluffs, creeks, and logging roads.
