Sewanee Slammer

The Sewanee Slammer is a 20-mile trail race held in Sewanee, Tennessee, featuring a scenic loop along the Perimeter Trail at the University of the South atop the Cumberland Plateau. Runners experience beautiful overlooks, geologic formations, lakes, ponds, and upland deciduous forests. The course starts and finishes at the Mountain Goat Visitor Center in Sewanee Village, with three aid stations along the route.
