Seven Trails Ultra Festival
The Seven Trails Ultra Festival takes place November 14–16, 2025 in Damascus, VA, based at Creeper Cottages (553 Adkins Street). The event is a timed endurance festival with a 30-hour time-on-course allowance and a 2-hour early start option for those attempting 100 miles. Finishers receive awards: medals for all finishers and a handcrafted belt buckle for 100-mile finishers.

Course, services and policies
The course is a compact 7.7-mile out-and-back loop that runs from Creeper Cottages to just past the Pepsi Machine; competitors repeat the loop for longer distances. Chip timing and live tracking are provided by Zen Arcade Timing, with real-time displays and live lap counting. Packet pick-up is held the Friday before the race at Appalachian Heritage Distillery & Brewery, where a complimentary pre-race dinner is provided.
This is a cupless event: runners must bring a foam or collapsible cup for hot liquids and a reusable cup for other drinks. The event’s diversity and inclusion policy accepts each entrant’s declared gender and provides a process to record non-binary pronouns. Athletes with disabilities must be able to run the course; tethers, leg prosthetics, crutches, braces, or poles may be used with approval when appropriate, and the course is not suitable for wheelchairs.
