Distances and format

- Ultra requires 7 laps or more; 50 km option also available.
A 3 km turn point and a 5 km turn point are provided within the lap for compliance with UK Athletics age rules.
Course, facilities and finish items
The route is on well maintained footpaths around Dare Valley Country Park and is described as suitable for road trainers. Toilets and a cafe are available near race HQ. Free parking is provided at the venue. Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a themed medal and a bobble hat; distance pins are added to the medal ribbon for half-marathon, marathon, 50 km and ultra achievements. Goody bags are provided, with a vegan option. An aid and drinks table is available at the start/finish of each lap. Bag drop is available but not secure.
