Santa Run Wales
Santa Run Wales is a festive, family-friendly fun run set at Dare Valley Country Park in Aberdare on 19 December 2026. The event offers short, measured laps on well maintained footpaths that run around the park and provide views of the surrounding countryside. The route may be changed depending on weather conditions.

- 2.5 km - 1 lap
- 5.0 km - 2 laps
Participants who complete at least one lap of the 2.5 km course are classified as official finishers and receive a themed medal and a goody bag. The start / finish area includes an aid table and drinks table offering drinks, mince pies and some sweets. There are toilets at the venue; there are no separate changing facilities or showers. A café near race headquarters serves hot drinks and food. Free parking is available at the venue.
Number pick up is on the day at race registration before the start. There will be an area to leave a bag at the start / finish, but this is not a secure storage area and items cannot be watched at all times. Only bone-conducting headphones are permitted.
