A full lap is listed as 7 km (4.37 miles) but may be changed to a 3.28-mile loop depending on course conditions. A 3 km turn point and a 5 km turn point are provided within the lap. Course, facilities and charity details
The course runs on well maintained footpaths through Dare Valley Country Park and is described as suitable for road trainers. There are aid and drinks tables at the start/finish of each lap with savoury and sweet snacks and vegan options. Toilets and a cafe are available at the venue; there are no separate changing rooms or showers. Free parking is provided. A non-secure bag-drop is available. Bone-conducting headphones only are permitted.
A £2 surcharge is added to each entry and is donated in full to local dog rehoming charities. An optional £3 pin donation is matched by the organiser. Ten percent of event profits are also donated to these charities. Membership offers a reduced entry fee, guaranteed entry and a mini-medal pin at events.
