Registration, capacity and grants

Registration for the lottery opens on January 15 at 7 AM MST and closes on January 31 at 7 AM MST. Runners chosen in the lottery are charged and entered. The event has a capacity of 300 runners; entries beyond that number are placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted runners are not charged until they move to the top of the list, and then they are offered the option to accept or decline the invitation.
