San Diego 50 Mile & Trail Marathons is a multi-distance trail event held in the San Pasqual Valley Staging Area in Escondido, CA. The program includes the following events:

The 50 mile race uses crew accessible aid stations, offers drop bags at designated locations, allows one pacer for the final seven miles, and has a 14 hour cutoff. Aid stations across race distances provide water, electrolyte replenishment, and standard race nutrition; 50 mile stations include heavier food options. This series is cupless so participants must carry their own hydration vessel.

Finishers in most distances receive a unisex tri blend shirt, a handcrafted wooden medal, and a locally made reusable cup. The Summit Chase 10M summit awards a summit coin. Youth 1M is non timed and includes a finisher shirt and medal. Awards are given to top 1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female finishers and age group awards are listed for event distances.
