Running Events Devon - Pheasant Challenge 2026 Day 1

This event takes place on Saturday 13 June 2026 at a new venue in Bridestowe. It is presented as an eight hour timed event, described as undulating and held partly off road and on paved surfaces. The organiser operates a "TUGG" system that allows flexible arrival on the event day, with a fixed completion cut off that all participants must meet.

Each circuit is an out and back route of 5.3 km along an old disused train line. Participants may complete as many laps as they can within the permitted time; those who complete their final lap within that time are eligible to collect a medal for the event. The event capacity is limited to 70 entrants and entries close on 11 June 2026. Minimum age to enter is 18 years.

Entry categories and fees listed for this day include affiliated and unattached options, and versions without event perks such as a medal or goodies. The organiser also lists a nearby accommodation option, Fox & Hounds, noting rooms, a bunkhouse and camping as available at that location.

Further terms and conditions apply as set by the organiser. The event location is given as Station Road, Bridestowe, EX20 4HF with a three word location reference. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
