Chip timing is used with instant results. Awards are given to top male and female overall finishers and to age group winners (age 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, then every 10 years). A custom tech tee is included with registration; a long sleeve upgrade is available for an extra $6. Participants receive a souvenir wine glass and a glass of wine for those 21 and older. Wine-stopper finisher medals were introduced in 2025 and are available for purchase during registration or on race day. Post-race activities include live music, free downloadable photos, and a food truck serving wood fired pizza by Buon Viaggio. Packet pick-up is held on race day at the winery.
