The Run the Vineyards - William Heritage Labor Day event takes place at the William Heritage Winery in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. This athletic gathering features a scenic trail course through manicured vineyard rows and rolling hills. Participants can choose from three distinct distances:
- 5K
- 1 Mile Walk
- 1 Mile Kids Race
The 5K course is open to both runners and walkers, though walkers are requested to start behind the runners and maintain a one-hour time limit. The 1 Mile Kids Race is specifically designed for participants aged 14 and under, and finishers in this category receive a medal. Adults and those aged 15 and over may participate in the 1 Mile Walk.
On-site amenities include a water station along the course, with water and bananas provided at the finish line. Post-race activities feature live music and a wood-fired pizza food truck. Registered participants in the 5K and 1 Mile Walk who are aged 21 and over receive a complimentary glass of wine and a commemorative stemless wine glass.
