The Run for Thorncroft & One-Mile Move-As-You-Please is scheduled for Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Thorncroft Equestrian Center, 190 Line Road, Malvern, PA 19355. This is the 9th annual 5K Trail Run and One-Mile Move-As-You-Please held on the farm’s 70-acre property. The event includes the following distances:

  • 5K Trail Run
  • 5K Walk Only
  • One-Mile Move-As-You-Please

Registration opens on June 10, 2026, and day-of registration is welcome. Entry prices listed are $35 for the 5K events and the one-mile event. An After-Party ticket is available separately for $25 and is included with registration for the 5K and one-mile events.

Additional information

The 5K Trail Run is a rain-or-shine event. Leashed dogs are welcome. The after-party features live music, food trucks with purchases accepted by credit card, a Beer Garden that is complimentary for participants age 21 and older, and pony meet-and-greets in the barn. Proceeds from the event will raise funds for the Farm at Thorncroft and the care of its horses. Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed for print and electronic media use; participants may notify Thorncroft Equestrian Center if they prefer their photo not be used.
