Schuylkill Navy Run
The Schuylkill Navy Run is a club race held in Philadelphia on November 26, 2026, at Boathouse Row. The event follows an approximately 5.6 miles course over hilly terrain that includes an extended cross country segment. The route begins at Malta Boat Club on Kelly Drive, proceeds outbound on Kelly to Brewery Hill, crosses Girard Avenue bridge, follows Lansdowne Avenue, then turns onto grassy surfaces through Meade Monument and toward the Pagoda entrance gate. Runners pass through the service entrance to Belmont Plateau, ascend to Belmont Mansion, and return via Brewery Hill and Kelly Drive to Malta Boat Club.
Entry is open to members of Schuylkill Navy clubs and specified affiliates. Friends and family who do not meet those requirements may enter as guests; first guest finisher prizes are awarded separately and guests do not count for team scoring or team entry. Classifications include juniors, masters (40 and over), open, guests, and a novice subcategory for first time Turkey Trot participants.
Team scoring counts only designated finishers from each club: the first five finishers score for men's teams and the first three score for women's teams. Runners wearing the wrong bib will be disqualified and their club will receive an additional 25 points. Registration opens October 14, 2026 and closes November 22, 2026; the listed entry fee is $35.
