Hainesport Endurance Run
The Hainesport Endurance Run is a multi-day athletic event held at Hainesport Township Park in New Jersey. The competition takes place on a paved, flat loop. Participants run in a counter-clockwise direction, with electronic chip timing used to record laps for official record purposes. As a sanctioned and certified event by USA Track & Field, the race adheres to specific regulations regarding support and equipment.
The event features several duration-based and distance-based categories:
- 12 Hour (Available Saturday or Sunday)
- 24 Hour (Available Saturday or Sunday)
- 48 Hour
- 100 Miler (Includes a 30-hour time limit)
- 12 Hour Relay
- 24 Hour Relay
A fully stocked aid station is located near the start and finish area of the loop, providing various food options such as pancakes, burgers, and vegan choices alongside water and coffee. The park provides heated restroom facilities with running water directly on the course. While participants can set up personal 10x10 spaces with chairs or tents near the loop, overnight camping is not permitted before or after the event.
In accordance with USA Track & Field rules, pacers are not allowed, and participants may not be accompanied by crew or family on the course.
