The Run for the Range: Trail Run takes place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Fall Creek Ranch in Granbury, Texas. Event options include:

Teams of five or more receive a discount: $10 off the Half Marathon and $5 off the 10K and 5K. Team registration must be completed before January 30, 2026. Registration fees vary by date with early bird, regular, and race day pricing. The Couch Conservationist option includes a t-shirt but no race bib or eligibility for awards; shirt pickup will be available on race day or in Granbury on January 29, and entrants must register by January 2, 2026 to receive a shirt.

Course, logistics and awards

The course runs across Fall Creek Ranch, covering about 1,500 acres of prairies, creek crossings, and rolling hills. Surface is dirt single-track and wider trail sections; the course features rugged terrain and approximately +/- 220 ft elevation change. Average late January temperature is listed around 46 to 47 F. Bulk water will be available on site for refills and participants are asked to bring their own bottle. Pets are not allowed.

All finishers in each race will receive a custom finisher medal. Top overall male and female finishers will be recognized for each distance.
