RUN FOR THE HILLS! is scheduled for September 12, 2026 at Hidden Lake Gardens in Tipton, Michigan. The event offers running and walking options over short measured courses through the gardens' landscape.

Distances offered:

• 3.1 Miles 5K Run
• 3.1 Miles 5K Walk
• 1 Miles 1 Mile Walk

Registration opens March 1, 2026. Early bird pricing of $35 applies through August 31, 2026; late registration fee increases to $45 starting September 1, 2026. A reduced fee of $10 applies to children 14 and younger. T shirts are included with registration through August 31 and are available while supplies last at packet pickup; shirts are not guaranteed after that date.

Registered participants receive free entry into Hidden Lake Gardens. Non registered visitors pay admission fees; adults, seniors, military, students, and young children have different rates. Packet pickup is available at Hidden Lake Gardens the day before the event and on event day.

Awards include top overall male and female 5K runner, a random draw winner, and a finisher medal for all participants. The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation and results will be posted live and online. Proceeds benefit Hidden Lake Gardens and Oh! These Irish Hills.
