Run For The Apples : White Bear Lake

Run For The Apples takes place at Jacobson's Pine Tree Apple Orchard in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The main distance is a 5 Mile Run/Walk over trails that pass through apple orchards, strawberry fields, and a pumpkin patch. The footing on the course varies from gravel to pavement.

All 5 Mile finishers receive apple treats. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in each age group category. First place male and female in each age group receive a certificate for a free apple pie. There is an option to purchase long sleeve T-shirts.

A separate 1/3 Mile Kids Fun Run occurs after the 5 Mile awards. Strollers and pets are not allowed on the course. The organizer is Strive Scholarship White Bear Lake. Listed entry fees are twenty five US dollars for the 5 Mile individual category and seven US dollars for the 1/3 Mile Kids Fun Run.

A 7 mile runnable loop through Lebanon Hills Regional Park in Eagan, MN, part of the Endless Summer Trail Run Series. Chip timed with an on-course water stop, limited to 425 runners and a $30 entry fee.

A community 5K and 10K on July 18, 2026 at Lion’s Park in St Croix Falls, WI, with a scenic mostly shaded course through the Wert Family Preserve. Race T shirts and medals are provided; timing clock used but not chip timed.

A trail race weekend at WI Interstate Park with 5K, 10K and a 0.5 mile kids run. Courses use Skyline and Silverbrook trails and include a view of 18 foot Silverbrook Falls, with packet pickup at the Ice Age Center.

A rolling five mile trail race in Spring Lake Park Reserve, Hastings on July 29, 2026, with two figure-eight loops, a midrace water stop, chip timing and post-race refreshments; field limited to 425 and entry is nonrefundable.
