Run Across Georgia

The Run Across Georgia is a 277.2-mile route across the state. It begins at Tybee Island and follows quiet back roads through the plains of middle Georgia. The course is described as a gentle, sloping uphill trek. It finishes in Columbus, Georgia.

The event is a fundraiser for community causes. All proceeds from fundraising go to the specified beneficiaries, which include MercyMed of Columbus and House of Heroes.

Participants can join in two categories:

  • Run Across Georgia: This can be completed individually or as a team of up to 12 runners.
  • Ride Across Georgia: This can be completed solo or as a team of up to 4 riders.
