Run Forrest Run Endurance Fest : Pooler GA

Run Forrest Run Endurance Fest takes place at Tom Triplett Park in Pooler, Georgia. The event supports the Effingham Navigators Group with 25% of registrations donated to the organization. The festival combines trail and road running with family focused activities and a dedicated Memorial Ruck.

Distances and formats

1 Mile Fun Run: Road only; family focused; strollers welcome; medal included.
5K: Approximately 50 percent road and 50 percent trail; packet pick up offers road or trail selection.
10K: Trail only; one lap; two aid stations on course.
Half Marathon: Trail only; one lap; four aid stations on course.
Memorial Ruck 10K: Follows the 10K course; 35 lb ruck requirement per participant; medal and T shirt provided.

Event features include overall male and female winners for each timed distance and age group awards in five year increments for the 5K, 10K and half marathon. Race day includes an on course egg hunt limited to two eggs per runner, kid activities such as crafts and a kid zone, and childwatch available when children are registered for the Family Fun Run.
