Delirium Ultra is a timed trail endurance event held in Beaufort, SC. The event offers three separate races: 24 hour, 12 hour, and 6 hour durations, all run on a closed 1.65 mile loop of hard packed trail. The loop is off road and closed to traffic, and runners pass a single central aid station at the completion of each lap.

The event traces back to 2011 and moved through Bluffton and Ridgeland before settling in the Habersham community of Beaufort. The course setting is wooded to showcase local Lowcountry foliage and wildlife. Parking is adjacent to the start and finish area; there is limited camper parking and a camper parking pass must be arranged in advance with the race staff.

On-course conveniences include a designated "Tent City" located directly on the loop for gear and primitive camping over the race weekend. Open fires are not permitted in Tent City. Staging and camping areas are available along both sides of the course near the main aid station and are allocated on a first come basis; staging areas should be modest in size.

Race operations use chip timing and ankle transponders; bibs must be worn visibly on the front of the body. Live results are posted as connectivity allows. Runners in the 12 and 24 hour events must carry a headlamp or handheld light from dusk until dawn. Awards include a finisher medal for all who complete their timed event and a belt buckle for individuals in the 24 hour race who reach 100 miles or more.
