Elf on the Run 5K/Walk, Ridgeland
Elf on the Run is a community 5K run and walk held at John Paul II Catholic School in Ridgeland, South Carolina. The event uses chip timing and follows a mixed-surface course that includes grass, dirt, and pavement. Medals are awarded to the top male and female finishers in each age group.
Registration opens on September 5, 2026. Early registration rates through November 12 offer reduced fees: adults $40, students 17 and under $30. Registration after November 12 is higher, with adults at $50 and students at $40. All participants who register by November 12 receive an event T-shirt; additional shirts may be available for purchase on race day while supplies last.
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the event at the school athletic center. The event will be held rain or shine and no refunds will be issued. After the 5K there will be food trucks and a Christmas Market featuring local vendors.
