Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run
The Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run is scheduled for December 13, 2026 in Bluffton, South Carolina, on the Palmetto Bluff property. The event uses an all-trail course that combines tree-shaded single track, dirt and gravel roads through maritime forest; sections of the route may be muddy.

- 30K relay team, three-person teams
- 50K relay team, five-person teams
Packet pickup is available on the Saturday before the race at Palmetto Running Company, 25 Minetta Lane, Bluffton, SC. Course support includes hydration and fuel stations located midway and at the finish. The event is cup free; water stations are on course and participants are asked to bring their own hydration bottles.
A designated staging area allows relay teams and 50K runners to set up pop-up canopies and tables for support crews in assigned spaces. Event merchandise and awards include long sleeve shirts for participants registered before December 1, finishers medals for participants, a Buffalo Head Award for 50K individual finishers, and Bronze Buffalo Awards for overall first place male and female in each race and for first place relay teams and the top dog finisher. An after party with live music, a complimentary beer from a local brewery and a basket of buffalo wings follows the event.
